Hi my name is Bob Garite and I’m a Realtor with Pellego Realty in The Villages FL. Specializing in Resale properties and Property Management in The Villages, Sumter County and the surrounding areas. I have spent the majority of my career in the technology area developing applications and providing top notch customer service. I’m motivated by finding Innovative ways to integrate Technology with Real Estate by using and developing the most up to date software tools on the market, this coupled with providing excellent communications and knowledge of the Real Estate market become the key factors to success in working with Buyers and Sellers in this forever changing marketplace. Professionally, I’m motivated by thinking “out of the box” in finding solutions to obstacles that sometimes can prevent Sellers from selling and Buyers from buying, this formula has helped me achieve my goals of having happy clients and developing everlasting relationships that continue to refer me to their friends and family members. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my wife, Shelley and our golden retriever, Maya, visiting family and friends along with outdoor activities such as golfing & pickle ball.
